Can't find the option "toggle fold on the current line" in the command pallet

I am not sure if it is a bug, but I can’t find the option “toggle fold on the current line” in the command pallet.
However, I can find it in the hotkeys menu. And if I set a hotkey for said command, I am able to use it normally.

Any update on this? I also don’t see the “toggle fold on current line” in command palette. I even pinned it in Command Palette and it doesn’t show up.
