It’s in the left sidebar, in the upper right.

If you don’t see it there, try updating your theme (Settings > Appearance) or using the default theme.

Can’t update my theme or change to default, because it is in the settings, and it is not there.

Can you post a screenshot of your left sidebar?

Also, you can use the “Open settings” command in the Command Palette.
