Find the “open new vault” or “create new vault” button on the Android app. It hasn’t disappeared, I don’t think so. But I have never used it before and I need to open a second vault now.

If you swipe right (to get to the left sidebar), you should see something like this. Tap on your current vault name (ANNEX here) to change vaults or create a new one.
