Can't create remote vault or turn existing one into remote

What I’m trying to do

Just want to get sync working.

What I did:

  • created an account and confirmed it,
  • logged with this account in Settings/About
  • turned on sync in Settings/Sync
  • open vault from Obsidian Sync (Setup button in launcher)
    What I’ve got:
  • a popup that says I don’t have any remote vaults and a ‘back’ button

What I did:

  • in Settings/Sync pressed Remote Vault - Choose

What I’ve got:

  • a popup that says I don’t have any remote vaults and Create new vault button

  • if I press Create new vault, a dialog appears and I can enter new vault name and (optionally) password,

  • no matter with password or without, pressing Create new vault does nothing: the dialog closes, no seeming changes happens, no new vaults are appearing in launcher.

Yes I have exactly the same issue. I just bought sync.
did you resolve the issue?

Same thing here, tried multiple times with diferent vaults nothing works

@Dianimergacha Have you subscribed to the (paid) Obsidian Sync service? If so, I’d mail [email protected] about the issue and include as many details as you can. :+1:
