Steps to reproduce
Go to Settings → Hotkeys and try to focus this button using the keyboard:
Or after filtering for a key combination, try to reset the filter:

Expected result
Ability to focus and press both mentioned buttons, so the user can filter for hotkeys not only via text, but via hotkeys such as CTRL+1
Actual result
There is no way to focus and press those buttons, forcing the user to use the mouse instead. When pressing TAB in the topmost element (filter bar + cards for all/assigned/etc), it goes from Filter → All, skipping the keyboard icon completely.

I was considering if this should be a feature request, but this is the only functionality that is not available through the keyboard in Settings from what I could find, and also don’t think that omitting this functionality could have been a deliberate choice.
