Can Word /files (docx) not be saved in Obsidian?

Hello,

Can it really be that Obsidian does not store a Word document (docx). My attempts have all failed. Nevertheless, there was always to
Read that the file has been saved in the VAULT. But the file could not be found anywhere.

I don’t really understand all this

I think you want to enable Settings > Files & Links > Detect all file extensions.
