Can onenote hyperlink to a certain text block of obsidian note? now i can only like to a note's file. not enough, thx

hi, in onenote, you can get a hyperlink to reach ANY paragraph of text in additoin to pages.

I thought obsidian could do so, as it got text blocks.

however, when I use the plugin to obtain obsidian links,
it seems no way to do so.

did i missed anything?

the obsidian URL to a file is only:
obsidian://open?vault=markdown&file=j-r%2Fmike%2Fmedical%2F0-i%2Fj-r%2Fmike%2Fmitral-stenosis-s-folder%2Fmitral-stenosis

i do could get an internal link to a certain block, but how can external programs use it?
