Can Obsidian run within Windows 10 in S Kode?

Can Obsidian work within Windows 10/11 in S mode if it’s ported via USB and/or ran on USB? Checked forums; no success.

What I’m trying to do

Wanting to see if Obsidian is able to run without issue on Windows 10 in S mode and whether it is recommended to do so.
