Can not login my obsidian.md account since it is asking for 2fa but i never activated it

Hello,

i can not login to my user account (obsidian.md) since it is asking for 2FA. I have never activated it myself hence i have no 2fa app connected to generate a code.

How did 2fa get activated?

Thanks for being that quick. This can be deleted since i now checked an other older 2fa app where i found the obsidian token. Im very sorry.
