Can I open and close all drop down headings in a doc at once?

Is there any way to open/drop down all these at once - and to close them all at once, without having to click on every arrow?

Try opening the command palette, and do “fold all headings and lists”, or unfold.

If this do what you want it to do, maybe assign a hotkey to it (if not already defined)
