Callout with <blockquote> tag

Is it possible to use the callout mechanism with actual <blockquote> tags?

Something like:

<blockquote>
[!NOTE] Title
Contents
</bloackquote>

The callout won’t render inside of HTML tags (Live Preview or Reading views).

I guess the question is, what’s the use case or what are you trying to do?
