Callout icon is misaligned when heading-based custom titles are used

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a callout block.
2. Give the callout a custom title.
3. Add a heading level to the custom title text.

Expected result

Callout icon shifts to remain vertically centered with respect to the text size of the assigned heading.

Actual result

Icon appears to occupy its own line before the title text, producing an odd misalignment even with the smallest heading level (H6).

This issue may be related: Callout Title Icon Centering

Kepano stated (in June) that that issue would be fixed in the next version, though, so the heading-related behavior may be due to something else.
