Callout css problem

I am using Minimal theme. and I type a callout like the following:

[! tip] Centres of triangle
At least four different types of centres can be constructed for a triangle. They are:

  1. [[Centroid]] - intersection of the [[pages/mathematics/geometry/lines/Median|Median]]s;
    I wonder why the font size of the sentence before the list is smaller.
    How can I make all fonts inside the callout the same?

Is it possible that you have other CSS, html in the callout, or anything like that?

Using this Markdown,

...and I type a callout like the following:

> [!tip] Centres of triangle
> At least four different types of centres can be constructed for a triangle. They are:
>
> 1. [[Centroid]] - intersection of the [[pages/mathematics/geometry/lines/Median|Median]]s;

this is what I see in the Sandbox vault with only Minimal installed. The callout title and content are both 16px.

I don’t have any other css defined

I just defined a css snippet to change the font size of

under .callout and it is okay now.
