i simply tried to create an account in order to subscribe to the cloud plan, but i didnt get any confirmation email
i tried to recover the pasword but nothing happened
i also tried to find a way to contact someone, an email but i couldnt find anything

Did you check the spam folder?
Is the email that you provided filtered by some state/corporation?
it was deactivated when i subscribed, i find it out as soon as i did so i reactivated it, but nothing received

There’s no bug with the website. Since you used an email that was not active, the email provider we use likely added your email in a deny list because it received a “does not exist” reply. This is measure used to avoid having them being marked as spam-generator.
You can send an email to [email protected] and we can try to manually remove that email from the deny list.
