[BUG] Issue on selecting user options with finger or Mouse

Obsidian Mobile insider version: v1.1.0 (build 35)

On iPad I am still noticing that navigating the UI options with a finger or mouse still takes more than one selection/press to activate an on screen option. This is disconcerting when the expected action does not happen until the second selection.

If this is still happening, reposting it and follow the BR template. It would be helpful to have exact steps.
