Obsidian Mobile version: v1.0.2

Hi! When I’m choosing folder for obsidian vault, app is just restarting and not creating vault.

Hm, looks like I just cannot create vault in Documents folder, but I can do it in subfolder of Documents.

If app is not restarting, it’s showing: “Error: Failed to convert path”

I am having the same issue. (Android). I cannot choose “Documents” as a place to create or access vaults from. And after it gives the above mentioned error, I think the app freezes as it is doing nothing. How do you upvote a bug to increase its priority?

I think I had this issue and just placed the vault somewhere else under root.

I’m curious if the reason is that you can’t make Documents the vault and give an app full access to your Documents folder. I’m wondering if it has to do with Android permissions. Just a guess though.
