Brackets (links) appear in front of text in notes

What I’m trying to do

When I revisit older notes, there are a bunch of square brackets in front of my text. In edit mode, these contain several link.
This is not the case with all notes? It seems to happen from time to time.

Things I have tried

I have deleted these links manually, and all the backlinks and outgoing links keep working.
What are these things? How do I prevent these from appearing?

Hey there, that indeed a bit unfortunate. Never saw thos behaviour. What I would do is to use VSCode with regular expressions (Regex), to identify such pattern in the whole vault. Nevertheless, it’s not a trivial solution and requires a bit of regex knowledge.

That seems a bit too complicated for my level of experience
I will delete these things as I encounter them.
