Use case or problem
As I’m improving my note taking, I’ve noticed I sometimes add new tags to my process that should be on all notes of a given type. I’d like be able to find notes that are of a given type but are missing that tag.
Proposed solution
Support syntax like !tag:<tag> for all search operators. This might not be as valuable for other operators like section:<text>.
