At the moment it is not possible to bookmark a local graph.
It is possible to bookmark a classic “global” graph including filter, group coloring and other settings but not the local graph of a specific note.
Local graphs are very different beasts than the global ones. They offer other ways of displaying and navigating the content of a vault and it would be great to have the possibility to bookmark them too!
+1 I hate loosing my groups and colors when opening a new local graph. I would love to be able to bookmark the local graph so everything saves.

i had nice settings but then i accidently closed it and when i reopened, it has the default settings…
I would also use this feature. It seems that local graphs allow one to define the level of connection to other notes through the “Depth” slider, which does not seem to be possible in the graph view (unless I am missing something). It would be great to be able to bookmark a graph with a set level of depth.
