Bolded links in live preview / source do not show as bold

Steps to reproduce

1. Open sandbox
2. Ensure you are in Live Preview
3. In the Start here page add an internal link with bold formatting, e.g:

**[[Create a vault]]**

4. Observe that it is not shown in bold
5. Switch to Source mode
6. Observe that it is not shown in bold
7. Switch to Reading
8. Observe that it is shown as bold

Yes

Expected result

The link should display as bold in Live Preview, Source mode and Reading views

Actual result

The link does not display as bold in Live Preview and Source mode. It does render correctly in Reading view.

Note that this behaviour functions correctly for italics and other text formatting.
