I just wrote a quick blog post to share a bit of my workflow with Zotero and Obsidian. It includes my template for imported notes from Zotero via the Obsidian Zotero Integration plugin, along with links to a couple of bash scripts that help me keep everything sync’ed without having to manually reload via the plugin.
