Block References Don't auto-update?

Use case or problem

  • When changing the name of a custom block reference, the links to it in other notes are not automatically updated the way other [[Internal Links]] are.

Proposed solution

  • Treat links to blocks the same way as other internal links. (As I’m not a programmer, I don’t know what this would take… maybe a lot. But it would be a great feature!)

Or, ideally:

  • all the features for [[Internal Links]] could work for block references! (being able to track backlinks, too)
