Steps to reproduce
Add a new filter to a new or existing base.
Change type of element (e.g. after “where”)
The dropdown menu is behind Filter window instead of above.

The dropdown menu should be above so user can see all options to choose from.
Actual result
The dropdown menu is behind another window, can’t see all options.

This looks like an issue caused by the Image toolkit community plugin.
