Steps to reproduce

  1. Add formula column to a Base.
  2. Don’t add anything in the formula input text box.
  3. Try to edit the formula later.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Please, follow the Troubleshooting Guide before answering Yes.

Expected result

I should be able to make a bunch of formula columns and edit them later once I figure out what I want or need.

Actual result

It automatically locks itself, even if you restart the app, close & reopen the tab, etc.

Additional information

This has happened since late May or early June, when I started using Bases on stable builds for other people’s computers.

My Bases plugin probably can’t can provide a workaround for this bug unlike the others, but I haven’t tried, so I am making a report.

Thanks for making the Bases feature!

Also in the forum template, I think “screen recording” shouldn’t be a single word.

If this was somehow posted multiple times, please keep this post.

@WhiteNoise I think you can close to as a duplicate of this thread.

Thanks! I edited the bug report title for clarity. I have traced down the bug and have a fix for the next release.
