In my vault, I have a highly structured note based on Bible pericopae (passages of scripture divided in significant ways for advanced scholarly analysis), where I use multiple semantic tags to create multiple levels of categorization (i.e. 1/ tag means something, as does a 7/, 11/, etc.).
This makes filtering and finding lightning fast in Obsidian’s default search tool. However, it does not seem that the filtering language in Bases currently allows for searching on nested tags/partial tag names:
Could you clarify how you generated that query field? I do not see how to get from here to what seems to be a more open field that you are able to type in free-form:
