Bases - embeded base on mobile don't scroll vertically if it is wider then the screen

Steps to reproduce

  1. On mobide device create a note and add a base to this note (can be embedded base file or just base codeblock).
  2. Make base table wider then the screen. Can be done by setting columns width or just adding too many columns.
  3. Try to scroll vertically on the base table.

Expected result

Base table should be scrolled normally the same way as when it is not too wide.

Actual result

Base table is not scrolled vertically when trying to scroll directly on it. The only way to scroll is by putting you finger on the note margins outside the table, which is not comfortable.
