Use case or problem
There’s no way to reorder filters or move them into, from or between filter groups.
Proposed solution
Allow to drag & drop filters. For example, when you hold down or, where or and. Or, better yet, via a drag element like in the Sort pane:
Could even take it a step further and make it so that after you hover a filter over another filter for a second or two, a new group consisting of these two filters is created.
