Steps to reproduce
Write ``alt+` `` or `` alt+` `` in either live preview or reading view.
Expected result
alt+` without any spacing around it.
Actual result
alt+` with redundant spacings around.
Additional information
This was mentioned in Backtick (`) cannot be escaped in inline code span/block.
This forum and GitHub don’t have this problem.
Being able to escape backtick would be nice.
