Backlist does not refresh

Steps to reproduce

I don’t know what happened. All of a sudden, the backlink does not work properly.

  1. create a new vault.
  2. create a note named abc
  3. create a note named test
  4. see the GIF

Expected result

the backlink panel should refresh automatically.

Actual result

the backlink panel refuse to update the last item

Environment

  • Operating system: MacOS 10.15.7
  • Obsidian version: 0.9.3Oct-13-2020 01-11-50

Thanks—it looks like the issue occurs when the links to abc in the originating document are deleted, not when they’re added. Is that right?

Does waiting a couple of seconds helps?

I tried. But waiting does not help.

It is not 100% correct. I upload the following GIF to show that:

  • by adding a new backlink, the ‘ghost’ backlink item is replaced by the correct one.

in this example:

  • by closing and re-opening the backlink panel, the backlink list is shown up correctly.
