Avoiding autofill and changing text in LaTeX

What I’m trying to do

I would like to remove any autofill when using LaTeX ($$). Right now, I want to type $\epsilon$, but Obsidian automatically changes that to $\e\psi lon$ because it recognizes \psi as a Greek letter. A similar thing happens when I try $\approx$ which turns into \appr\otimes.

Is there any way to avoid this and other auto-changes?

Things I have tried

I’ve looked in the settings and under behavior to see any auto-fill/changing text, but I can’t seem to find any setting.

Hi. I investigated your problem. You need to turn off Latex Suite in community plugins or edit its snippets to ignore greek letters. The plugin has its own discussion place on github.
