Automatically update path in plugin settings

Use case or problem

It seems that when I change the name of a folder, the path in the plugins isn’t automatically updated. So one has to change it manually.

Proposed solution

A new plugin changes the path in every plugin once a folder name is changed.

I added “settings” to the title to clarify.

I’d like to see this work for core settings, too.

Everytime I renamed my folders, I have to go through every path in plugin settings and I forgot some of them. Then, things don’t work. This is a very important feature.
