I have several projects and I have for this projects a master note, where the project information is noted. there I have a property with the project status. How can I automatically change the project status in the meeting notes for example after I changed the project status in the master note?

No, there’s nobody stupid here. Obsidian is a trade which needs work, is all.
I’d start with the first one and you can even incorporate bits (Dashboards) of it into the second one, if you like that one.
