When i manually type [[dog|dogs]] the word “dogs” should be automatically added to the fixed aliases, so it can be found through the recommended links when writing it in [[brackets]] again.

Yes, it would be nice. Shouldn’t be too hard to implement, either. Although how the alias would reflect in anyone’s YAML frontmatter is another matter ( I use the standard alias: [abc, def, "ghi, or else jkl"] format).
