Autocompletion of brackets is making adding links annoying

I tried it in the Sandbox too, same result

Steps to reproduce

  1. Type ‘[’, obsidian autocompletes the closing ]
  2. when you finis typing the text , type a ‘(’ to insert the actual link

Expected result

If Obsidian had not auto completed the ] then I would have been able to paste the link , close out the ) and then close out the ] (or have Obsidian close it for me)

Actual result

Because Obsidian auto closes the ], I need to move the cursor to the right to move it to the right of the ] so that I can insert a link using ( and )

This is doesn’t sound like a bug report at all. Maybe a feature request?

You can disable bracket matching in the settings if you don’t like it.
