If the title of a note is not defined and start writing from the body, automatically add the first line of body as the title. Lots of other note-taking apps offer the same feature.
When should the behavior occur? Should that happen if you navigate to another document? And what is the expected behavior if the first line contains one or more characters that cannot be in a title?
