Audio stops, while scrolling

Steps to reproduce

  1. Play audio file in bigger document
  2. Scroll down quicker

Expected result

  1. Document will scroll while audio is playing

Actual result

  1. Document will scroll but audio will stop playing

Environment

  • Operating system: Mac Os
  • Obsidian version: 0.9.9.1

2023 - I am still experiencing this issue. I troubleshot to see if it was a certain element while scrolling down the page, but didn’t see anything I thought would cause an issue…

The same problem (audio stops to play when scrolling approximately two screen hights) in Obsidian v1.6.7 under Windows 10 Home, version 22H2, build 19045.4651

I think it is because the mp3 component has been removed from UI since it is out-of-render-distance.

+1 This is really annoying and it happens with youtube videos also.
