it’s annoying having to install all the plugins I like to use, then enable them one by one every time I create a new vault, it doesn’t take too long but it is annoying. Is there something like “default plugins”, “global plugins” or plugin pack?

Just copy the .obsidian folder from a previous fully configured vault into a new one, and open this folder as a vault.
