Any plugin to fix pane resizing on Windows?

What I’m trying to do

On Windows, Obsidian panes don’t automatically reflow when the window is snapped or resized (unlike macOS Split View), unless a layout command is explicitly triggered.
Is there any plugin that can reliably hook into window resize events and force a pane layout recalculation / reflow on Windows? Or is this fundamentally not possible due to Obsidian/Electron limitations?

PowerToys - Fancy zones
Windows10 split screen snap
