Android: Obsidian 1.11.4 laggy and feels unoptimized on Galaxy M16

Android version: 16
Obsidian version: 1.11.4 (Google Play / APK?)

Issue: The app feels noticeably laggy and less smooth compared to earlier versions. Scrolling and editing notes stutter, and general UI interactions are slow, even with a relatively light vault. Other apps on the device are smooth, so this seems specific to Obsidian.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Obsidian 1.11.4 on Galaxy M16 5G.

2. Open a medium‑sized note and scroll or type quickly.

3. Observe stutters and input lag.

Expected: Smooth scrolling and editing experience on this hardware.
Actual: Frequent frame drops and laggy UI behavior.
