Android mobile - swiping down from anywhere on screen opens command palette

Steps to reproduce

Open android app
Open any note, graphs etc…
Swipe/scroll from as low as the bottom of the screen opens command palette

Expected result

Scroll note, or do nothing if at bottom
Also, command palette should really only open if swiping from top (10%?) of screen

Actual result

Command palette opens

This is an expected behavior because most people don’t have long thumbs to reach the top of the screen. It is purposefully designed to not trigger when you are scrolling the document, and only happens if it is scrolled to the top.
