Steps to reproduce In Android, start a new vault. Add a note and put three headings. Open the Outline Panel. Drag and a drop a heading Close the Outline panel Open the Outline panel again Try to drag and drop the heading. This time doesn’t work. Restart the app and it repeat the same issue.
