This newsletter was a great way to keep up with the latest in the world of Obsidian. What is the best alternative? I’m most interested in something like a monthly newsletter that helps keep me abreast of new features, plugins, themes, and PKM ideas.

I think when the Roundup was being published there were more significant changes more often, and for a while less stuff to track. The app and its ecosystem have settled down since then, so there is arguably less need for something like the Roundup.
For official Obsidian news, you can follow the changelog and the blog.
For plugins and themes there is the #updates channel on the Discord, but it’s a lot noisier than a newsletter. There’s also the #content-updates channel for things people write about Obsidian.
