Allowing Callouts to Break Over Pages in Print.css

Kind of weird question - I am using Obsidian for law school notes, and am entering briefs (short case summaries) in as callouts. But I’m also printing them (using the Print plugin), and my callouts aren’t splitting across pages - which I understand is what most people want, but I do not. Right now in my print.css, which I just stole from someone else, there is the following:

  tr {
   page-break-inside: avoid
  }

What is the opposite of avoid here, so I can integrate it into my .callout block. Is it, like, embrace?

Thanks!

The other option isn’t precisely an opposite but is closer to what you’re looking for: auto.

However, page-break-inside is a deprecated property that now “points to” (the CSS phrase is that it “is an alias of”) a property called break-inside.

I believe either will work in Obsidian but recommend using break-inside instead. It also supports a few options that the deprecated one didn’t: break-inside CSS property - CSS | MDN.
