Allow to change mobile toolbar icons

Use case or problem

I want to be able to add new commands to the mobile toolbar and change their icons. The first is achievable with commander, but setting the icon is a tedious process and I never suceed at it. On top of that, existing mobile icons are confusing, since many of them share the same icon (h1 to h6, cut and delete paragraph, to mention some)

Proposed solution

I want to be able to change the icons in the mobile toolbar.

Current workaround (optional)

There is a workaround, but I was never able to make it work, so I will not be explaining it

Currently, all commands that are added using “Add global command” in mobile show up as the same question mark icon. This makes it really difficult for users to identify what the icon does.
