Allow specifying date locale for Templates and Daily Notes

Please consider adding locale support in a form of selection in the template via something like {{locale:EN}} or somewhere in the settings. This will allow to add localised weekdays, for example, anywhere where date/time format may be defined.

Allow unique note creator to use fixed timezone (e.g. utc)

I travel often and as a result my timezone changes all the time. Obsidian unique note creator is great, but because of the fact that it uses local time rather than a fixed timezone, I can never know the actual time at which a note was created based on the filename because it does not have any timezone information inside. Furthermore this causes problems with sorting because often times files created “later” would end up becoming “earlier” sorted if I changed timezone (e.g. fly west). I would re…
