Allow navigation to the note tile by pressing up from the first line in a note

Use case or problem

I’d like to be able to go to and change the note title without having to use my mouse.

Proposed solution

when the caret is on the first line of a note, I should be able to go to the title by pressing the up key. Right now only the opposite works: if the caret is on the title then pressing down will go to the first line.

use the command/hotkey to rename a note. default F2 on windows.

It’d still be nice to press up though.
