The way The Archive (The Archive (macOS) • Zettelkasten Method) handles links to me is just magic. Whenever you click a link, whatever’s in the double-brackets goes to the search bar, and you get taken automatically to the top result. Links and searches are one thing.
Combined with Zettelkasten-style prefixing, you can always get “pure link” behavior by using the page’s prefix (which will be constant even if you change the title). But far more often I find myself linking to keywords, or something like “daily 202105” to get my daily notes for this month.
Is this a kind of behavior that could be implemented with a plugin? I searched and couldn’t find anything existing. I’ve found some discussion of “search links” with special syntax, but I really just want links to be searches.
