I guess 90% of all Obsidian users will understand the value of this AI Agent Plugin in less than 10 seconds… 
I wanted an AI that works inside my knowledge system rather than alongside it. One that understands my notes, follows my workflows, uses available plugins, and can actually do things, not just an co-Pilot answer questions. Something at the level of the agents in Notion v3, or beyond. Obsilo Agent is an autonomous AI operating layer for your vault that respects your privacy, runs on local or remote models of your choice, and stays fully open source.
I built Obsilo for myself, based on my own needs and requirements. It is open source and licensed under Apache 2.0. I’m open to feedback and grateful for suggestions, but I can’t promise anything.
The official Obsidian Community Plugin isn’t published yet, but you can install Obsilo Agent easily using BRAT.
The Getting Started guide will walk you through it, its only 3 simple steps:
Install BRAT In Obsidian: Settings → Community Plugins → Browse → search for “BRAT” → Install and Enable.
Add Obsilo Agent Open BRAT settings → Add Beta Plugin → search for pssah4/obsilo at GitHub to copy link; add link Click Add Plugin. BRAT downloads and installs the latest release.
Enable the plugin Go to Settings → Community Plugins → scroll to “Obsilo Agent” → toggle on.
