After search update incorrect result numbers

The search result numbers are wrong and also inconsistently wrong, i mean by that for the same search once it comes back with a result

i tried other searches other than tag: but for file: also comes back with wrong result number but this sometimes have the right number

sorry for this pretty bad explanation but i am not sure how could i describe it better
also steps to reproduce search by tag:

I know it’ll be fixed but just to note, the numbers don’t just reflect less. They also reflect more.
