Advanced Mobile Toolbar not showing up for me in search

using build 1.4.6 (105)
API 1.3.3
with Restricted Mode ( which I think is the old Safe Mode) turned off I am unable to find the Advanced Mobile Toolbar as a plug-in to instill on my phone. My thoughts are that maybe it is not offered any longer for this version of Obsidian Mobile. Thoughts?

AMT was merged into the Commander plugin. Give that a go.
